She was predeceased by: her husband George A. Clemens; her parents, George Harold Forker Sr. and Virginia Rose Forker (Taylor); her son George A. Clemens, Jr.; and her siblings, George H. Forker Jr. and Betty J. Tantum.
She is survived by: her children, Virginia Spielman (Robert), Michael Clemens (Patricia), Victoria Schwenk (Ernest), Valerie Overend (Michael), Steven Clemens (Catherine), Andrew Clemens (Victoria) and Vanessa Clemens; her grandchildren, Robert Spielman, Jr. (Nicole), Sarah Donaghy (Fred), Michael Clemens, Jr. (Leona), Jessica Davis (Steve), Paul Clemens (Marlee), Adam Schwenk, Nathan Smith, Janet Lyons (Conley), Joshua, Christopher Overend, Emily, Ashley Clemens, Deaglan Mallacht-Clemens, Tyler McMahon and Isabella Clemens; her great grandchildren, Shane, Wyatt Spielman, Michael III, James Clemens, Logan, Nolan Davis, Gracelee, Kashton, Briggs Clemens and Madelyn Lyons; and her sister Paula Valerio.
