She was predeceased by : her parents, Raymond D. "Buck" Diesinger and Teresa M. Smith Terry (Rosenberger); and her daughter Melissa Patrick. She is survived by : her husband Barry L. Patrick; her siblings, Donald Diesinger (Susan) and Linda Fulmer (Todd); her stepson Dustin Patrick; and her stepfather Edward Smith. She is also survived by nieces and nephews great nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her name to the American Cancer Society.
