She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Rhoda and Anna Mae Rhoda (Eisenhower); her husband Kenneth W Moyer; her half-brother Forrest Kenneth Boyer; and her son-in-law Richard L Tetley.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kimberly Tetley, Debra Arruda and Leisha Rossi (David); her grandchildren, Amy Arruda, Jessica Hammer (Brad), Laura Tetley (Dominik Adamczyk), Andrew Tetley, Matthew Rossi (Jenna), Michael Rossi (Brittney), Christopher Rossi, Luke Rossi (Stevie Voss) and Rachel Rossi; and her great grandchildren, Connor Hammer and Sophie Rossi. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
