It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Catherine Lulu Cullen of Pottsville, Pennsylvania, born in Minersville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 10, 2018, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Catherine Dullard (Prendergast) and William P. Dullard; her husband John E. Cullen; her son William Brian Cullen; and her brothers, Patrick and John Dullard.

She is survived by : her children, Colleen B Eldredge and John "J. C." Cullen. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren.
