It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dixie L. Skinner of Pottsville, Pennsylvania, born in Reading, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 2, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Harry Skinner and Edna Skinner (Foltz); and her brothers, Kerry and Dane Skinner. She is survived by : her son Jason R. Skinner; her close friend Beth of Bradenton, FL; her granddaughter Katherine Skinner; and her siblings, Darlene Gerner, Rainey Edwards, Nelson and Kevin Skinner. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
