It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Doris Dehner of Pottsville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 2, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Roy Hughes and Catherine Hughes (Shell); her significant other Francis Dehner; her son John Dehner; and her sisters, Catherine Garrett and Betty Russell.

She is survived by : her granddaughters, Kelsey Nicole Mills and Kandas Daisy Ebert; her children, David Dehner (Barb) of Lake Wynonah and Virginia (Paul Ebert) of Pottsville; her daughter-in-law Barbara L. Dehner of Waynesburg, PA; her sisters, Mildred and Gladys (Elmer Davis) of Schuylkill Haven; her sister-in-law Maryanne (Ed Polek) of Shenandoah; and her close friend Debbie Dehner. She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren, along with nieces, nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in memory of Doris are asked to be made to Strays No More, PO Box 114, Valley View, PA.
