He was predeceased by: his parents, Anna Stephen (Ford) and Louis Stephen; and his siblings, Robert, James, Joseph, Vincent Stephen, Rita Ann Purcell, Mary Canfield and Betty Lou Burke.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Stephen (Ofsharick); his children, Diane M. Miller, Francis Stephen (Pam Augusttine), Michael (Linda Stephen) and John Stephen; his grandchildren, Franklin Carl Krammas, Amber Stephen Byars, Kristin Stephen, Stephen Miller, Amanda Miller, Amy Bridget Pugh and Jonni Gray; his great grandchildren, Issac Danger Krammes, Tru Sweat, Jeramiah Wyatt, Baelynn Miller, Korey Bish and Harper Pugh; and his great great grandchild Lakelynn Sweat.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Mahal-Ritzel Funeral Home Inc. (104 S 4th St, Minersville, PA 17954).
