He was predeceased by : his parents, Doris Lafferty (Fisher) and Sterling Lafferty; and his son Mike Jacobs. He is survived by : his wife Joan M. Lafferty (McShaw); his children, Jodi George, Lynne McGovern, Kim Hannaford, Joe Lukach, Tina Felty, Joan Marie Callaghan, William Lukach and James Hartnett; and his siblings, Kenneth Fisher, William Lafferty, Tina Aungst and Joanne Purcell. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren, several great grandchildren, as well as nieces and nephews.
At the family's request, monetary donations may be forwarded to Geschwindt Stabingas Ebling Funeral Home Inc., 25 East Main Street Schuylkill Haven, PA 17972 to defray funeral expenses.
