He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur R. Fehr and Janet Glore Fehr; and his brother Jeff Fehr. He is survived by: his wife Suzanne Flanigan Fehr; his daughters, Lydia Fehr Hannigan (Brian), Limerick and Erika Fehr; his granddaughter Rosemary Hannigan; his brother Dennis Fehr (Debbie); his sister-in-law Kelly Fehr; his mother-in-law Kathryn Flanigan; and his siblings-in-law, James Flanigan and Katie (John Fiske). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins.
The family would prefer remembrances in the form of contributions in memory of Randy be made to Hillside SPCA, PO Box 233, Pottsville, PA 17901.
