He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur Sears and Florence McGrath Sears; and his sister Phyllis Clark. He is survived by: his wife Susanne Grabowski Sears; his children, Stephanie Getter (Ronald) of Pottsville, Billy Sears of Pottsville, Melanie Wiersma of Pottsville, Julia of Pottsville and Joseph Sears of Pottsville; his grandchildren, Chayse, Jace, Max, Vivian and Vayda; and his brother Derespina of Brooklyn, NY. He is also survived by nieces & nephews.
