He is survived by: his wife Tina Rouse Bulter; his daughters, Kristen Butler (Joe Bremme), Wendy Butler-Ruane (Ryan), Esther Pusey (Chris) and Amanda Butler-Ciafre (Nick); his grandchildren, Dylan Canavin, Jake Canavin, Mason Canavin, Finn Ryan Ruane, Giuliana Ciafre and Lucy Ciafre; and his siblings, Teresa Tobin (Joe) and Eric Butler (Kim). He is also survived by family, along with niece's, nephews and many special friends.
