It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eileen Graham of Prospect, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 28, 2026, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Eileen shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Eileen farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Neda and Rose Marie Grubutsky Neda; and her brother Ronald Neda of Houston, TX.. She is survived by: her husband Charles R Graham; her daughter Cassandra Hofmeister; her granddaughter Michaela Hofmeister; and her siblings-in-law, Susan Graham and Zoria Neda.
