He was predeceased by: his grandparents, James, Sarah Elizabeth "Lizzie" Crouse (Breese), Brinton Ealy, Eleanor Ealy (Cain) and Thomas Wilson.
He is survived by: his parents, Thomas Franklin and Ruth Louise Crouse (Ealy) of Prosperity; his brother Dale Crouse (Debbie) of Prosperity; his nieces, Elizabeth Romestan (Connor) of Claysville and Emma Crouse of Prosperity; his aunt Betty Bristor (Crouse) of Waynesburg; his uncle Larry Anderson of Waynesburg; and his close friend Carla Clutter of Washington.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Kesterson-Rush Funeral Home (3275 W Roy Furman Hwy, Sycamore, PA 15359). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Fairmount Cemetery (120 Fairmount Church Rd, West Finley, PA 15377).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Union Valley United Methodist Church at 180 Valley Church Rd. Graysville, PA 15337.
