He was predeceased by: his parents, Gene W. Crouch and Audrey F. Crouch (West); his sister Deborah Crouch; and his great-nephew Jerrad Crouch. He is survived by: his brother Gene B. Crouch; his nieces and nephews, Gene Jr., Christopher, Sara, Jennifer, Susan and Melissa; his great-niece Audrey; and his great-nephews, Conrad, Dawson, Beau and Isaac. He is also survived by his family, Mark was a brother and an uncle.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the West Newton Cemetery (210 Vernon Dr, West Newton, PA 15089).
