She was predeceased by : her parents, Theodore Kimmel and Margaret Mann Kimmel; her husband Clarence "Barney" Woods, Jr.; her sister Lois King; and her sons-in-law, Dale Wolf and Donald Brindza.

She is survived by : her children, Robert Woods (Elizabeth), Sharon Wolf, Audrey Brindza, Ted Woods (Paula), Bryan Woods (Marylou) and Charles Woods. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
