She was predeceased by: her parents, James Stepp and Ann Annechini (DiCecco); her sister Patti Stonehouse; and her stepson Anthony Morrell. She is survived by: her husband Richard Morrell; her daughter Suzie Morrell; her daughter-in-law Debbie Morrell; her grandchildren, Mackenzie Morrell, Richard Morrell, Trinity Goughnour, Anthony Morrell and Cruz Morrell; her goddaughter Robin Felder; and her close friend Stacey Atkinson. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, August 19th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM and from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Gabauer Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc. (1133 Penn Ave, New Brighton, PA 15066). A funeral service was held on Thursday, August 20th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Carol's name to the Beaver County Humane Society, 3394 Brodhead Road, Aliquippa, PA 15001.
