He was predeceased by : his parents, Theodorus Kester and Hendrica Van Steekelenburg Kester; and his sisters, Wilhelmina and Marianne. He is survived by : his wife Joyce; his children, Ted Kester (Julie) of Canfield, Ohio and Kelly Hochstetler (Shane) of Exeter; his grandchildren, Callie, Riley, Emma, Cora and Paul; and his siblings, Wim, Theo, Graard, Truus, Riek, Leonore, Margo, Jose and Michael.
