He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Cuprik and Rose Cuprik (Burnetti); his wife Phyllis Cuprik; his sister Adela Fitz; and his pet Maxi.
He is survived by: his sons, Edward Cuprik Jr. (Frances Santarelli) and Mark Cuprik (Charon); his grandchildren, Alyssa Tomko (Ryan), Mark (Hannah), Samantha and Madelyn Cuprik; his great grandchildren, Teagan and Tatum; his brother-in-law Richard Canacci (Anne); and his niece Rebecca Manion (Chris). He is also survived by several other extended family members and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Mercy House Church (4019 US-422, Pulaski, PA 16143). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
