She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman Ruby and Shirley Ruby (Kline); her brothers, Norman Ruby and Jeffery Ruby; and her nephew Jonathan Ruby.
She is survived by: her sister Connie Houston (Richard). She is also survived by five nieces and nephews, and many great nieces and nephews; as well as her church family and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Ed & Don DeCarbo Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc. (3000 Wilmington Rd, New Castle, PA 16107). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, August 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the New Bedford Evangelical Presbyterian Church (151 Woodland Dr, Pulaski, PA 16143).
