She is survived by: her daughters, Jacki and Jill; her granddaughter Kasey; her nephew Michael; her niece Amanda Whetzel; her sister Betsy Bojalad (Shaffer); her nibling Jesse Pelky; her sister Louise DeVaughn; her nephew Rebel; her niece Tara Juart (DeVaughn); her brother William C. Shaffer; and her nieces, Michelle and Nicole.
In lieu of flowers or donations, Barbara would ask that everyone please vote to support the second amendment and to understand "Do Unto Others" (Matthew 7:12).
