He is survived by: his daughter Ashley Curry (Justin Riggie); his grandchildren, Ethan Curry (Olivia Burkett), Evan Smith (Addison) and Evie Smith; his siblings, Jeanne Story (Eric) and Mark "Woody" Forrest (Ann); his nieces and nephews, Eric Story (Deb), Heath Story (Sarah), Markie Burkett (David) and Emily Forrest (Mike Mohr); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Adelyn, Finley Story, Milo, Felix, Archer, Scarlett Burkett, Mia Mohr, Hunter and Julie Greeley.
