She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Leonard Butterworth and Edith Bertamini (Hammarstrom); her grandparents, Andrew and Mary Hammarstrom; her husband Murray Steffey; her brother Ben Butterworth; her half-brother Charlie Butterworth; and her great grandchild Kenyon Steffey.
She is survived by: her sons, Thomas M. Steffey (Martha) of Punxsutawney, PA, Timothy K. Steffey of Punxsutawney, PA and Mark A. Steffey of Berwick, PA.; her grandchildren, Joshua Steffey (Reney), Kyle Steffey (Abigail), Nathan Steffey and Zachary Steffey; and her nieces, Janet Little (Dwight), Ellen Camin, Jennifer Bullock, Ruth Watson (Jeff) and Kristin Butterworth.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that memorial donations be made to Child Evangelism Fellowship, 104 W. Mahoning St., Punxsutawney, PA 15767.
