He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry E. Smith and Joan Iva Smith (Keller); his stepmother Dorothy Smith; and his sister Amanda Keith (Mandy). He is survived by: his wife Anna Sue (Boboige); his daughters, Sue Ann Troutman (Thomas) of Baton Rouge and Jeanie Smith of Punxsutawney; his grandson Eden Troutman of Baton Rouge, Louisiana; and his siblings, Kate Campbell of Stanton, Dolores McCoy (Charles) of Punxsutawney, Debbie Snyder of Dubois, Harry Smith (Ed) and Rodger Grubbs.
