He was predeceased by: his parents, Emery E. Hetrick and Freda Hetrick (Miller); his daughter Wendy Hetrick; and his brothers, Edward Hetrick and Joseph Hetrick.
He is survived by: his wife Marjorie; his children, Gregory Scott Hetrick (Ruth) of Mechanicsburg, Linda Smith (Tim) of Punxsutawney and Heather Smith (Clifford) of Punxsutawney; his grandchildren, Brittany Lindgren (Brian), Carley Barnett, Kaitlin O'Brien (Hayden), Hailey and Olivia Smith; his great grandchildren, Cole, Cayden Lindgren, Alexandra and Gabriella Barnett; and his siblings, Ronald "Ox" Hetrick (Rachel) of Punxsutawney and Yvonne Harsh of Virginia.
