She is survived by : her husband Terry Forrest; her sons, Ryan Maines and Scott Shick; her stepdaughter Jennifer Forrest; her siblings, Robert Gisewhite, Karen Todeschini, Kenneth Kula, Joseph Gisewhite, Dennis Zeigler, David Fetter, Ronald Hugar, Bradley Zeigler and Lori Johnson; her adoptive mother Elma Morris; and her friends, Nancy McClure Pinto and Cindy Shaffer.
