He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard L. Bush and Dora Bush (Milliron); and his wife Mary Jo Bush. He is survived by: his children, Thomas L. "Tommy" Bush (Shawnee), Tammy L. Burkett (Sheldon) and Traci L. Lorelli (Rich); his grandchildren, Tommy Bush (Lindsay), Jamie Bush (Kristen), Morgan Burkett, Chase Lorelli, Madison Lorelli and Dalton Burkett; his great grandchild Thomas; his sister Nancy Weisenstein; and his sister-in-law Cheryl Musselman. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
