He is survived by: his daughter Lindsay Fanelli (Jeff Fanelli Jr.); his grandchildren, Jeffrey, Lucia and Bradly Fanelli; his sister Marcey Atkinson; his niece Destiny Gilbert; his stepfather Donnie Hennesse; his parents, Sandy Koehler (Weighnecht) and James Koehler; and his pet Chomper.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks for donations to help cover funeral expenses and related costs, as Brad had been living on a limited income following a disability in recent years.
