He was predeceased by: his parents, Erwin C. Bright and Eva Bright (Wieand); his wife Betty A. Bright; his siblings, Raymond Bright, Ruth Boardman and Janice Jenkins; and his son Donald Scott Bright.
He is survived by: his sister Diane Dixon (John); his children, Michael Bright (Michelle), Barry Bright (Bonnie) and Terri (Bright) Scripture (Donald); his stepchildren, Craig Bach, Leslie Mackey (David) and Stacy Bach; his grandchildren, Jonathan (Chelsea), Austin, Victoria (Austin), Lindsey, Madison (Bree), Avery (Sabrina) and Sydney (Trevor); his great grandchildren, Aidan, Dalton, Macey, Adeline, Makenna and Mason; his stepgrandchildren, Ashlyn (George), Brielle (Jared), Craig J. (Hailey), Tyler, Kathryn Grace, Caleb and Logan; and his stepgreat-granddaughter Piper. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
