He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell C. Weiss and Ruth C. Weiss (Sampey); his wife Mary (Condict); his son Timothy E. Weiss; and his brothers, Russell L. Weiss and Richard D. Weiss.
He is survived by: his daughters, Donna E. Seifert (Steven) of Quakertown, PA and Christine S. Williams (Thomas) of Greenville, SC.; his grandchildren, Steven "Rick" Seifert (Rachael), Helen Etner (Timothy) and Heather Martinez (Jonathan); and his great grandchildren, Paige (Isaac Watson), Kailey, Brooke, Buddy, Corie, Brianna, Branden, Neesa, Jace, Calvin, Riley and Grayson.
