She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence E. and Mary E. Leight (Shaffer); her husband Paul M. Smith; and her brother Clarence E. Leight, Jr. (Dorothea). She is survived by: her children, Steve Smith (Linnette) and Susan Smith (Jacqueline Helseth); her brothers, Robert L. Leight (Mary) and C. Richard Leight (Barbara); her grandsons, Trevor Smith (Lauren) and Evan Smith (Alisa); and her great grandchildren, Connor, Liam and Jaxon. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In leiu of flowers, donations to the American Diabetes Association would be greatly appreciated by the family.
