She was predeceased by : her husband Joseph E. Carter; and her parents, Carl G. and Mary E. Randall (Lindquist). She is survived by : her children, Gerrie L. Ely (Ed) of Trumbauersville and Stephen J. Carter (Denise) of Quakertown; her stepdaughters, Joanne Moore of Greenville, NC and Barbara McKittrick of Greenville, NC.; her grandchildren, Stephen J. Carter, Jr., Ashley A. Gordon (Anthony), Julia E. Ely and Lauren E. Ely; and her stepgrandchildren, Lisa A. Battis (George), Sharon Wahl (Ron), Kristina Tyson (Tim), David Moore (Amanda), Glenn Yost (Keris), Frank Yost (Terry), Kim Hall (Will) and Glen Carter.
