He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward H. Brown and Amy Shields; his wife Debora Brown (Shelmire); his brothers, Edward Brown and William Emmell III; his stepmother Lillian Brown; and his stepsiblings, David Husk, Frederick Husk and Denise Folks.
He is survived by: his children, Frank W. Brown, Jr. (Vanessa), Clarence F. Shelmire, III (Vanessa), Shannan Yakamavage (Jude) and Dawnn Cooper (Gary); his grandchildren, Reed, Cole, Jude, Jr., Alice, Laura, Lucy, Alivia, Preston, Brodie and Rhys; his great grandchild Grace; his siblings, Al Brown, Betty Jasinski and Peggy Shields; his siblings-in-law, Christine Brown, Cathy Emmell, Sharon Fisher and Mark Shelmire (Krystina); his stepbrother Bruce Husk; and his pet Dozer. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Frank’s name to Trumbauersville Lions Club and Last Chance Ranch.
