He was predeceased by : his parents, Francis Hart and Claire Hart (Murphy); and his former life partner Millie Hart. He is survived by : his wife Cheryl Hart (Stevens); and his son Christopher (Jenn).

Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 30th 2024 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Wednesday, May 1st 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Dunn-Givnish Funeral Home (378 S Bellevue Ave, Langhorne, PA 19047). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, May 1st 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location. The inurnment was held on Wednesday, May 1st 2024 at 2:30 PM at the Washington Crossing National Cemetery (830 Highland Rd, Newtown, PA 18940).
