He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Petrick and Rosa Petrick; and his brother Ron Petrick. He is survived by: his siblings, Catherine Young and Paul Petrick (Judy); and his nieces and nephews, Elizabeth Breece, Claire Young-Anderson (Tom), Andrew Young (Karen), James Young, Michael Petrick (Tammy) and Stephen Petrick. He is also survived by grandnieces and grandnephews.
