It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John H. Yeakel of Quakertown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 8, 2026, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Erwin Yeakel and Mary Yeakel (King); and his siblings, Herman, Norman, Paul, Richard Yeakel and Helen Weinbel.

He is survived by: his wife Jeanette Yeakel (Sloyer); his sons, Gary Yeakel (Mary Ellen) and Barry Yeakel (Cheryl); his sister Mary Martin; his grandchildren, Krista Fronk (Bryan), Jonathan Yeakel (Kiersten), Sean Yeakel (Rhiannon) and Miranda Yeakel; and his great grandchildren, Natalie, Alex and Nolan.
