He was predeceased by : his parents, Elwood M. and Mary F. Mobley (Heppe). He is survived by : his wife Linayre A. Mobley (Bearn); his children, Rebecca Schwartz (Bill) and Glenn Mobley; his grandsons, Bill Jr. (Lauren) and Bryan (Laura); his great grandchild Liam; and his brother Roger Mobley (Sylvia).
