She was predeceased by : her husband Donald C. Barto; her parents, Edgar B. Sr. Nowlin and Edna Nowlin (Myers); her brothers, Edgar B. Jr., Calvin A., David L. and Samuel M. Nowlin; her niece Penelope Bucsek; and her nephews, Andrew and David Nowlin.
She is survived by : her children, Melea Ruth (P. Lynn Rupert, Jr.) and Curtiss Nowlin Barto of Quakertown; her grandson Ryan Curtiss Rupert (Amanda) of Pennsburg; her great grandchildren, Jaxton Jeffrey and Jacoby Curtiss Rupert of Williamsport, PA; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Ella, Kollin and Emelia Cron; her nephew Timothy Nowlin; and her nieces, Deborah Hoover, Kathy Bedger, Denise Nowlin, Pamela Priar, Molly Grove and Amy Nowlin.
