She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob C. Ritter and Alice Brad (Ritter); her former husband Willard "Peter" Kurtz; her husband Paul J. Noack, Jr.; and her brother Richard Ritter.
She is survived by: her children, David Kurtz (Rachel), Daniel Kurtz, Ruth Ann Reinsmith (Michael) and Rebecca Reinsmith (Matthew); and her grandchildren, Jasmine, Jesse, Olivia, Hannah, Jacob, Harlan, Samara, Nathan and Jenna. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
