It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Sandra L. Kelly of Quakertown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 26, 2022, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, James, Sr. Black and Patricia Black (Murphy). She is survived by : her husband Gene Kelly; her children, Collin A. Kelly (Carla) of Quakertown, Brandon Kelly of Quakertown and Shayna Kelly of Quakertown; and her siblings, James Black, Jr. (Donna) of Quakertown and Lisa Gallagher (Peter) of Southampton.
