It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sterling M. Eckert of Quakertown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 4, 2025, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Carolyn Irene Eckert (Forry); his parents, Willard Eckert and Lillian Eckert (Schoenly); his siblings, Jean Eckert, Kathryn Bolig, Kathleen Herstine, Mary Ellen Hager, Janice Myers, Emanuel Eckert and Willard Eckert; and his aunt Nina Swindells.

He is survived by: his sons, Sterling Mark Eckert, II (Kelly) of Lansdale, PA and Dr. Daniel Stephen Eckert (Jennifer) of York, PA; his grandchildren, Matthew, Andrew, Molly, Grace, Jason, Noah, Jevin, Jayla, James and George; and his siblings, John Eckert (Sandra) of Bentonville, AR, Janet Gruver of Telford, PA and Susan Petticoffer of Sellersville, PA..
