She was predeceased by: her father Dennis Mitchell; and her grandparents, Cora Mae Blake, Donald and Ruth Ann Keefer (Caldwell). She is survived by: her mother Deborah Chadwick (Keefer); her children, Nicole (Bobby Prozzillo) and Cody Keefer; her sister Carrie (Carson Riehl); and her niece Chloe Sage.
