He was predeceased by: his parents, Reuel P. Welch and Beryl Welch (Ashley); and his sister Alice F. Eller. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Welch (Eller); his children, Melissa A. Kreider (Marvin), Scott E. Welch and Michael A. Welch (Tara Burkholder); and his grandchildren, Trista, Tye, Nash, Ashley and Ivy.
