He was predeceased by: his daughter Sheri Smith; his parents, Leon Smith and June Smith (Sizemore); and his siblings, Sandy Thomas and Gerald Smith (Jerry).
He is survived by: his wife Kathy Smith (Vena); his son Jeffrey Smith; his siblings, Leon Smith (Peggy) of Lubbock, TX, Don (Maureen) of Sebring, FL, Scott Smith (Sharon) of Beavercreek, OH and Lisa Platt (Dave) of Fayetteville, WV.; and his grandchildren, Hailey, Declan and Callen.
