With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Melvin E. Pittman of Quarryville, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 2, 2025 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Helen V. Hummel Pittman; his parents, Albert J. Pittman and Carrie Elizabeth Layton Pittman; his daughter Deborah L. McFalls; his son-in-law Brian D. McFalls; and his grandson Ronald Henderson, Jr..
He is survived by: his daughter Vicki Henderson (Ronald) of Lancaster; and his grandchildren, Greg Henderson (Nicole), Matthew McFalls, Nicole Althouse (Matthew) and Conner McFalls. He is also survived by 7 great grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
