He was predeceased by: his father Joseph Madrigale III; and his grandparents, Harriet, Albert Honer, Dot and Joseph Madrigale.
He is survived by: his mother Linda Honer Chamberlain of Honey Brook, PA; his daughters, Hazel and Ivey of Atglen, PA; his brother Tom Detterline of West Chester, PA; the mother of his children Danielle Hayes; Kaine and Odin Kofroth of Atglen. He is also survived by many Aunts, Uncles, Cousins.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Parkesburg United Methodist Church (411 Main St, Parkesburg, PA 19365). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
