He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin H. Herr and Elizabeth Herr (Brinton) of Quarryville, PA.; and his son Randolph Scott Herr. He is survived by: his wife Wendy Herr; his siblings, Wayne S. Herr (Barbara Herr) and Elizabeth M. Adams (Robert Adams); the mother of his children Harriet Bowen; his stepdaughter Shawna McCallin (Christopher McEvoy); and his children, Lori Clifton of Victorville, CA, Lisa Baringer (Jan) and Benjamin Herr II (Karen Stanford). He is also survived by four granddaughters, two grandsons, and two great-granddaughters.
