Michael J. Long Obituary
The memory of Michael J. Long of Queen, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 9, 2025 at the age of 70, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his parents, William H. Long and Edna Long (Fochler); and his sister Regina Kelly. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Geis; his sons, Adam Long (Heather) of Hollidaysburg and Michael Long (Angelina) of Altoona; his grandchildren, Lakaia, Tensor Long, Baylee Scalice and Kaelab Ruggles; and his siblings, William H. Long (Rose), Patrick J. Long (Karen), David A. Long (Vicki), Mary Truesdale (Richard), Marie Kissell (David) and Christina Long. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A vigil service was held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 at 3:45 PM at the Stevens Mortuary, Inc. (1421 8th Ave, Altoona, PA 16602). Visitation was held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church (2010 12th Ave, Altoona, PA 16601).
