She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert J. Vernon and Joanne Croce (Nash Vernon). She is survived by: her husband Kevin M. Boyer; her pet Pugsley; her children, Marianne Cotner, Jason Schlegel (Dori), Jillian Boyer and Nicole Boyer; her grandchildren, Jake, Kate Sywenki, Pamela Mertz, Emily Schlegel, Kayla Strobel, Connor Schlegel, Kamryn, Kaiden Killian, Myles and Austin Brunner; and her siblings, Carol Ill (Vernon), Anthony Croce, Victoria Croce and Susan Quanbeck (Croce).

In lieu of flowers, donations in honor of Diane may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
