He was predeceased by: his parents, James Witman and Mary Witman. He is survived by: his wife Margaret "Peggy" (Smith); his sister Betty Lou Yocklovich (Witman); his children, James (Ann) and Susan (Peter Dussinger); his grandchildren, Kevin Witman (Jess Sprout), Ryan Witman (Nicole Specht), Kaitlyn Neeper (Jared Neeper) and Courtney McCarren (Van McCarren); and his great grandchildren, Ellie Neeper and Finnegan McCarren.
