She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Waslosky and Mary Waslosky (Orlowski); her husband Vincent Surkovich; her son David Paul Surkovich; her son-in-law Dennis Luzier; and her siblings, John, Andrew, Michael, James "Ziggy" Waslosky, Sophie Waslosky, Catherine Vancas (Waslosky), Ann Drochak (Waslosky) and Eva Waslosky.
She is survived by: her children, Carol Luzier of West Decatur, James Surkovich (Sherrie) of Clearfield and Nancy Surkovich of Downingtown; her sister Lucy Syktich (Waslosky) of DuBois; her granddaughter Allison Kephart (Jack); her great grandchild Adelyn Holt; and her caregivers, Sandy, Tracy, Angie and Lacey. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations in honor of Mary may be made to Christ the King Catholic Church, 123 Good St. Houtzdale or to the Allegheny Spay and Neuter Clinic, Woodland, PA.
